The RegTech Association was formed to “encourage government, industry bodies, private and public organisations, corporates, small businesses and start-ups to stand together as advocates for collaboration and RegTech in Australia”.
RegTech Association chair and GRC Solutions managing director Julian Fenwick said the group’s intention was to create a network of relevant organisations to advance the use of technology in regulation and compliance.
“Our aim for the launch is to bring together key stakeholders and influencers, shining a light on the important role of collaboration in enhancing APAC’s growing RegTech industry,” Mr Fenwick said.
The association’s members include Arctic Intelligence, Verifier, Dynamic GRC, Dysrupt, GRC Solutions, Meetig8, Simple KYC, Cynopsis Solutions, AML Accelerate, Red Marker, Complii, Identitii, Pharos Financial Group, Allens Linklaters and Kaplan.
