Dianne Challenor will step into the new role on 1 February 2018 as general manager of global transaction services Westpac Institutional Banking, according to a statement.
In this role, Ms Challenor oversees Westpac’s global corporate and institutional service product and sales teams across both domestic and international markets.
Before joining Westpac, she was managing director and head of transaction services, Asia-Pacific for JP Morgan between 2013 and 2016 where she was responsible for driving business in the region in the areas of cash management, liquidity and escrow services.
Prior to that, Ms Challenor was chief operations officer of Citi’s transaction bank and occupied a number of other senior positions in the Asia-Pacific region across more than 10 years.
Zip chairman Philip Crutchfield said the board was delighted to have someone of Ms Challenor's calibre join zipMoney.
“Di brings a wealth of experience in transactional services and financial governance, coupled with an outstanding track record,” Mr Crutchfield said.
