Fintech lender gives $50,000 to bushfire relief

The initiative initiated by brokerages around the country has aimed to raise $100,000 to support recovery efforts.

In addition to the donation, Finstro has delivered a relief package to clients directly impacted by the crisis, deferring repayments and fees for three months.

Brad Prout, founder and chief executive of Finstro said the scale and impact of the bushfires were devastating.

“Our thoughts are with the firefighters, communities and clients affected,” Mr Prout said.

“We want to do our part to support the efforts of the Red Cross and also support our clients through this difficult time.”
