Finance software provider appoints non-executive director

Libby Roy will serve as a new independent non-executive director of Bravura. Ms Roy was previously the managing director of PayPal Australia, where she drove company growth in e-payments and the “heavily regulated” e-commerce industry.

“I am delighted to welcome Libby to Bravura’s board,” said chairman Neil Broekhuizen.

“Libby brings an enormous amount of expertise and experience in financial services in Australia, including wealth management, superannuation, and financial planning. We look forward to working with her and leveraging her insights and experience during what is an exciting phase of growth for the business.”

Ms Roy holds a master of business administration and a bachelor of applied science.
