FinTech Australia announced in a statement that Ms Shot-Guppy had been appointed to the role of head of community and partnerships.
At the association, she will be in charge of working with FinTech Australia’s members and partners to further the growth of the fintech ecosystem.
“We will be renewing our focus to ensure we have the right connections, and where resources permit, team members, to help, focus and build the Fintech communities of every state and territory,” the statement said.
Ms Shot-Guppy will also be tasked to deliver greater value for members and work with partners.
“Rebecca will be responsible for working with our existing partners, and developing new partnerships and services that help the organisation be sustainable and members access services and assistance.”
FinTech Australia will also double down on its events program in order to bring the industry closer together, discuss policy, and showcase and celebrate accomplishments.
